Hi! I’m Leesa, the heart and hands behind Leesa Bakes, based in my hometown of Aurora, Ontario and servicing the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Baking has always been more than just a hobby for me—it’s my ultimate passion, my peace and my joy. There’s something deeply satisfying about creating something from scratch and sharing it with others.

I specialize in cinnamon buns and small-batch gourmet cookies that make any day feel like a special occasion. Because everyone deserves a sweet moment, I also offer a dedicated celiac-friendly, gluten-free oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that tastes just as amazing as the original.
